The Cabassud–Les Paillotes restaurant offers a cuisine which is both creative and traditional, sprinkled with a hint of exotic spices.

There are two settings, to suit the weather and your mood: inside, the Cabassud dining room which looks onto the gardens plus two private dining rooms (Chopin and Debussy), or outside, take advantage of the Cabassud or the Paillotes terrace built on stilts, with view over the ponds, (110 seats).

Cabassud is only open on saturday and sunday until 30 april 2007. Have an enjoyable time in the Café des Artistes et des Pêcheurs which offers a warm setting and invites you to sample local flavours, every day, both summer and winter. Your meal can be also served in the Boris Vian Cellar (one of the rooms of the Corot Gallery) or in gardens/on the terrace (60 seats in summer).
